The factors that are taken into consideration when pricing out a job are: the cost of materials + the cost of labor + the mark up percentage (or Contractors fee.) He will usually start looking at the demolition and hauling off of waste and then price the job in the order of things that will be done. Generally, Contractors will include the cost of all the materials needed to do the job unless the homeowner has gotten supplies him/herself.
