Black bath vanities are a great choice for any bathroom. Their dark appearance adds a bold statement to any layout. Though black tones in bathroom vanities are mainly found in modern or contemporary pieces, there are a few simple traditional vanities that can be found in this color choice as well. For the most part though, black bathroom vanities will be sleek, straight-edged, and simple in design. In addition, black matches everything; so your choices in wall colors and accessories are limitless.
It should be noted, however, that a black finished bathroom vanity ideally will be placed against a lighter wall, so that the piece itself stands out from its surroundings. Since this color choice is more of a glazed paint than a finish, you can expect for the wood grains to be basically invisible. Don’t let this stop you though, besides matching with most color choices, your hardware finishes are open as well. Chromes, brushed nickel, and many others look fantastic with this color.
