One of the new features of this blog is going to be a trend spotlight that we’ll feature every other month. Keep a watch, though, because on opposite months, we may even feature a trend to avoid! This month though, our on-staff Contractor spoke about the use of LED lighting in the home. LED lighting can be used in under cabinet lighting, recessed can lighting, and many other places around your house. Not only can you do more with it, but it also draws less electricity, doesn’t get as hot, and lasts up to 5x as long as a regular light bulb! For those very reasons, LED lighting is definitely a trend to not only watch – but utilize!
