Not everyone has the luxury of a separate his and her bathroom or sink at home. Don’t despair. Towels: Two people, two towels. Get a two towel rack with a shelf on top for extra storage.
In the shower: Hang two of these over the door storage on your shower door and use it store your respective toiletries.
Vanity top: Repurpose two large coffee mugs. Use one to store his shaving supplies and the other to store your make up brushes. Get creative.
Behind the door: Mount an over the door steel storage basket rack behind your bathroom door if you need extra storage.
Use corner space: Install a couple triangular shelves if you have a free corner and share the space.
Other tips:
- Purging unwanted stuff is an important part of organization. Get rid of old expired make up, make up you no longer wear or products that have dried up or products you have had for a long time. Do the same for your other toiletries like lotions, creams, shampoo etc.
- Store similar items together. For example, all your nail polish can go into one storage drawer and all your eye shadows in another.
- Buy one at a time. Buy a new shampoo only when you almost out of your old one.
