Welcome back, friends! In our last post, we walked you through which items to purchase first, second, and so on when looking to coordinate the elements of your bathroom remodel. Now that we have that covered, we thought the next obvious and helpful “how-to” we could offer to our DIY friends out there, was to give you the order in which you install those aforementioned items! And remember, establishing a budget and time frame are of the utmost importance–especially if you only have one bathroom in the house!
- Demolition
- Framing (if needed)
- Relocate plumbing and electrical (as needed)
- Sheetrock, tape, bed, texture, and prime walls
- Install tile (walls, shower, flooring)

- Install hardware, mirrors, light fixtures
Are there any changes you’d make to this list? Or any tips or tricks you could offer to make the process a little easier for the average DIY remodeler? Leave your comments/suggestions in the box below!
